from initial claims analysis to all discovery, motion hearings,
arbitrations, mediations, trial and appellate work.

property damages and wrongful death resulting from automobile
accidents, unsafe premises and similar serious actions.
This part of our practice is a corollary to the work we
do representing insurance companies defending similar incidents.
